Urban Perch is a modern three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome designed for groups. It sleeps six comfortably and can accommodate up to eight, with four guests sharing the bedroom that has two full beds. Extra-guest fees apply above six.

Guest Access and Parking

The entire townhome is yours. Keyless entry is provided with a unique door code before arrival.

PARKING
• Two electronic residential street-parking registrations are included; nothing is displayed in the vehicle
• Send us a clear photo of the license plate, the issuing state, and the vehicle make and model as soon as you know them so we can register the vehicle before arrival
• Rental car? Send the information as soon as you receive it
• From 6 PM to 6 AM, park on E 5th Ave only in spaces marked “Residential Permit Required”
• Some N 15th St spaces require payment at night; always follow the posted signs
• If complete vehicle information arrives after 9 PM on arrival day, the guest must pay for the first night using the app or instructions on the parking sign
• A city parking garage is next door for overflow or additional vehicles
• The property garage is not available for guest parking

Good to Know Before Booking

Ybor City is Tampa's lively, historic entertainment district. You may hear nearby trains, street activity, live music, or Ybor's famous roaming roosters. Weekends are typically more energetic; weekdays are generally more relaxed. White-noise machines and blackout shades are provided in every bedroom. This property is not ideal for anyone requiring complete quiet.

Urban Perch is a multi-level townhome with interior stairs, including a spiral staircase leading to the private rooftop patio. Guests must be able to manage stairs safely. The elevated rooftop requires normal caution and active supervision of children.

Exterior security devices, if present, are disclosed in the property's safety information before booking; there are no interior cameras.

Urban Perch sits in Tampa's Ybor City National Historic Landmark District at the corner of East 5th Avenue and North 15th Street. Walk about two blocks to 7th Avenue and about 900 feet to the free TECO streetcar.

The streetcar serves Port Tampa Bay, the Florida Aquarium, the Channel District, Water Street, downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Riverwalk, and arena events. The neighborhood is known for its history, cigar factories, local restaurants, coffee shops, live music, cigar lounges, and famous free-roaming chickens. Ybor is lively and urban, so guests should expect normal city sounds, especially on weekends.

Getting Around

Walk about two blocks to 7th Avenue's restaurants, coffee shops, cigar lounges, nightlife, and live music. The free TECO streetcar stop is about 900 feet away and serves Port Tampa Bay cruise terminals, the Florida Aquarium, the Channel District, Water Street, downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Riverwalk, and arena events.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
