Each home includes two electronic residential street-parking registrations at no additional charge. There is no hangtag or paper pass. We register your vehicle before arrival, and most guests never pay for parking during their stay.

On East 5th Avenue, use spaces marked Residential Permit Required during the overnight permit period. Street rules vary by block, so always follow the sign beside the space where you park.
THE DETAILS WORTH KNOWING
- Two vehicles: each stay includes up to two electronic residential registrations.
- Spaces are not reserved: the registration lets you use eligible residential spaces, but it does not reserve a particular space.
- North 15th Street: some spaces require payment at night. Follow the posted signs; when in doubt, use eligible East 5th Avenue residential spaces.
- Late arrivals: if complete vehicle information reaches us after 9 PM on arrival day, you may need to pay for that first night using the app or instructions shown on the sign.
- More than two cars: a nearby city garage and paid lots provide overflow parking.

Use eligible residential spaces along East 5th Avenue and nearby signed blocks. We send the clearest arrival and parking directions before check-in.
Urban Perch
Use eligible East 5th Avenue residential spaces. A city parking garage next door is convenient for overflow or additional vehicles. The property garage is not available to guests.

Is parking free?
Two electronic residential parking registrations are included at no additional charge. Most guests do not pay for parking, provided their vehicle information arrives early and they park in an eligible signed space.
Do I need to display a permit?
No. The registration is electronic and tied to your license plate.
What if I have a rental car?
Send a plate photo, issuing state, make and model as soon as you pick up the vehicle.
What if I bring more than two cars?
Use the nearby city garage or paid lots for additional vehicles. Follow the rates and instructions posted at the location.
What if I arrive late?
Send your vehicle details before 9 PM whenever possible. If they arrive too late for same-night registration, follow the payment instructions on the parking sign for that first night.
